    I just won’t start
    I’ve been lifting weights for 4 years now but I haven’t worked out in like a year and I really want to get in shape

    I’ve been watching lots of motivation videos but
    I just can’t get my self to do it…. fuckkkkk I’m in a spiral of not starting!!! And it’s driving me insane

  4. Hello buddy. I am so happy that I discovered your channel. I got my gym membership renewed yesterday itself and I was little confused from where to resume my workouts. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have two queries.

    1) There are few machines which are not there in my gym. Leg curls for example, what can be an alternative exercise?

    2) I am not able to progress to next level of weights for my upper body. Like I have been lifting 10 kgs dumbbells for biceps since eternity. 12.5 kgs is too heavy, 7.5 kgs is too light. What to do? 🙁

  6. Hi, I really love the way you explain things, exactly what I'm looking for. Started this week 1 program yesterday, It was my 1st day in the gym. And this really helped me as beginner.   9. hello sir i am in a bit of a bind , i am a beginner who is aware my goal is not to become ripped but to get back down to a managable weight thing is i already started your,e 60 day to fit program should i scrap week one and begin this one instead? which one do you think would benefit a 40 something obese man better ?
