  2. Tammy, I'm a beginner at the gym and I tried out this workout after not have worked out for a while. I chose this one because I wanted a full body workout to get started on my fitness journey. You make it look so easy and when I started this workout I realized how hard it really is, especially for a beginner like me. Unfortunately, I only got to the third set of bicycles because I didn't feel I could finish it with good form, the top front of my thighs were jello. But I know I will get stronger and I will keep doing this workout to show myself in how far I can push myself. Also, I learned from you that food really is the backbone to everything in terms of progress or motivation. Many people comment on how smooth your life is and I've realized clean eating is huge factor for that. You can't achieve anything without a healthy mind and a healthy mind is achieved by clean eating.   3. I am 19 and was 85 kg 6 months ago. I started to feel really bad and I tried many times to lose weigt and become fit, but it didn't work. After that, I started to use programs, and it reaaally  worked for me! I am so happy that I reached the point where I can say that I am fit and lost 25 kg! It was a great start, now I seem to be addicted to it! I believe that I can eat more now and stay exactly the same because of the schedule 🙂
