  3. Hello 😊 I just wanted to drop a few lines to say thank you so much! I have been looking for this exact kind of video to help me start my healthier lifestyle journey. Just a brief background…My whole life I was always skinny. I weighted 120 lbs and couldn't gain a pound even when I wanted to. I have 3 children and after having my first 2 I went right back to my original size and honestly even after my 3rd baby I went back almost to where I was with just a few extra pounds. I dont know what changed, my metabolism or what but after giving birth to my 3rd baby I gained 60lbs. It's kind of scary how fast you can put on weight and one day wake up and think how did I let myself get this way ya know? Long story short I am very self conscious now and don't like my body nearly as much as I used to. I also want to live a healthier lifestyle so I can be here for my kids and so I can also teach them the importance of being healthy. I had no idea where to begin as far as a work out routine, how often I should work out, and how hard to go when working out. Lol your video helped me tremendously and I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you! I would love to see a video on eating healthier for beginners. That would be awesome!
