AND WORK EVERY MUSCLE 3 TIMES PER WEEK

  2. So I just started working out bout year ago in since have turned into a gym freak as far as I'm in love. I'm not sure if I should be doing something different but this my routine I was told in sometime wonder in good or bad

    Mon. Chest triceps abs

    Tue. Back biceps abs

    Weds. Shoulders abs

    Thurs. Legs biceps abs

    Fri. Chest triceps abs

    Sat. Rest

    Sun. Rest

  3. @damienpatrick need you to update this video bro ! this is very important for beginners and intermediates. we need more details and a less complicated structure ! try adding the splits to the description as you do for all your vids. Many thanks for what you do.

  4. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm just doing one muscle per day now! I know its not good, but id didnt knew how to combine and how much sets and reps i had to do per muscle! This is great stuff!

  5. Or do a 4 day split that doesn’t go by days (example, Monday – chest)

    Chest/Triceps
    Back/Biceps
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Rest
And obviously work in abs or cardio into these

  6. Damien I’m new to your channel. I like your delivery and content. How do you work your cardio into your splits. I do the 5 day split. Except I do it as a 6 day split with cardio every other day starting on Monday and I take Sundays off. It’s a pretty taxing program but I enjoy it. The only negatives I have from my program is a family that thinks I workout too much. I’m learning to ignore that. Thanks for the channel I look forward in learning more.

  7. Iam almost a beginner. I've done only bodyweight circuit training and running focused on endurance for past 3 months. Which one should I go for FULL BODY SPLIT OR PUSH PULL LEGS? my main goal is to gain little size and endurance. How should I include my abs and obliques, it's not mentioned in the video

  8. i think , train arms would be better with big groups of muscle , because for big muscle you need to do base , it is very important , if u dont do arms together with big muscles and if u do isolate exercises , muscles will not big

  9. Great video! I dont understand when you incorporate Abs or forearms into any of these splits. Could anyone explain where to put that in? I'm currently looking into doing the 3 day split. Thank you.

  10. I'm 42 been on off with gym for yrs . I do the 5 day split but I get bored ! I'm going to try the push pull leg split sounds alright that . goin Dominican republic in June for my birthday so need to get my shit together haha . good vid 😉

  11. Very well explained, you're not hard to listen to and your concepts are clear. I'm going to try the 3rd training split as it best suits my schedule. Any tips for an older guy who is very close to 50?

  12. chest/shoulder/tricep…no one has stamina to hit all of those body parts well in the same workout. Chest has 3 major lifts alone, and shoulders have three heads you need to hit. Same thing with triceps. That's a minimum of 9 exercises.

  13. In my opinion u cant just do ABCABCABC unless ur on something or ur managing your training very specific way.
i think that the proper way of doing the ABC split will be ABCXABCX or ABCXABCXX.
in addition i've got very much benefits of doing ABCXABCX when the first ABC is heavy and the second is Light weights when u focus on volume.

  14. I'm 14 years old. I have been working out from little but I have been doing bodyweight exercises and I started weight training more than half a year ago. Since yesterday I have been doing the second split you talked about(Push Pull Legs) hitting each muscle group once per week, but today I am starting a new split. I am doing separate body parts in each day hitting each muscle group hard and once a week and the legs twice. Will this cause the hypertrophy I want or will it kill my gains. I'm on a lean bulk.
